Years ago, marshmallow was made from the mallow plant (Athaea Officinalis) that grows wild in marshes. Today, Colts Chocolate company takes a more sophisticated approach. They wrap petite, fluffy pillow puffs in demi-dark chocolate and snuggle them inside a lovely gift canister. They’re perfect as an après-dinner treat, or for tossing into a hot mug of French Roast.
